By accessing or using the Liberty Library Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

We offer various membership levels, including a free plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We have a no-refund policy.

Any disputes arising out of the use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho.
